Purpose of the site
The site is informational and presents F26's services: player profiles, events, representation and scouting services, and a form you can use to apply for an assessment. The site is not an online store and does not process payments.
Site content
Player information (statistics, physical data, contract status) is updated periodically but may not reflect the most current situation at all times. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of published information.
Intellectual property
The site's content (text, design, logo, the F26 mark) is the property of F26 Sports Management or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without our written consent.
Applying through the form
Submitting the application form does not constitute an offer of representation and creates no contractual obligation on F26's part. Assessing a player does not guarantee a representation contract or a placement at a club.
Minimum age
Players under 18 must apply together with a parent or legal guardian, who confirms consent for data processing and for any further discussion with F26.
Limitation of liability
F26 is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the inability to use it. Links to third-party sites (e.g. clubs, federations) are provided for information only; we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
