Who we are

F26 Sports Management ("F26", "we") is a Romanian football scouting, player management and selection-events agency. The data controller for this site is F26 Sports Management. You can reach us at contact@f26sportsmanagement.com.

What data we collect

Through the application form on the Contact page: name, year of birth, position, current club, phone, email, a video link, and the free-text message you write.

Automatically, through site hosting: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type), needed to run and secure the site.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not track visitors across sites — see the Cookie Policy for details.

Why we process this data

• Assessing, and where applicable representing, a player — pre-contractual steps at your request, or performing a representation contract.
• Responding to enquiries sent through the form — our legitimate interest in responding to requests, weighed against your interests.
• Meeting legal obligations, for example keeping contractual records.

Data about minor players

Most players we assess are under 18. For minors, the application form must be completed together with a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent for processing the child's data. We do not profile minors or target them with marketing.

Who we share data with

• The technical provider hosting the site and processing the contact form (Netlify, Inc.) — this may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
• Football clubs or other partners, only with your explicit consent, when your profile is presented to an interested club.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

We keep application-form data for the duration of the assessment and, if you become a client, for the duration of representation plus the period required by legal obligations (typically up to 5 years after the relationship ends, for contractual records). If you don't become a client, data is deleted within 24 months of your last interaction unless you ask us sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. For any request, write to contact@f26sportsmanagement.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is hosted on infrastructure with standard technical security measures. We do not collect or store card or financial data on this site.

Automated processes

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on you.

We may update this policy from time to time; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
